‘I See Movie’ of the Week: ‘Paper Towns’ vs. ‘Pixels’ vs. ‘Southpaw’

UPDATE: Voting is Closed!

Last week’s ‘I See Movie’ of the Week match-up saw the battle of two highly anticipated movies (at least for me they were) go in favor of ‘Ant-Man’, unanimously. However, if someone had decided to pick ‘Trainwreck’ then they wouldn’t of been wrong. Both movies were great in their own right.

Now on to the week 11 match-up. This week, we go right back to three movies. This time the three flick battle will be between the most recent young adult novel adapted for the big screen, in ‘Paper Towns’, Adam Sandler‘s hopefully entertaining ‘Pixels’ and the amazing looking ‘Southpaw’. Will those  young people, who actually read books, vote for a movie that is based off one of their favorites, in ‘Paper Towns’ or will all those Sandler haters show-out and NOT vote for ‘Pixels’. OR will all the smart people out there that realize Jake Gyllenhaal is one of the best actors of this generation (yeah the dude who starred in ‘Bubble Boy’) vote for ‘Southpaw’. Please vote below with your choice and comment on why you chose the one you did. My choice and the readers choice will be revealed Friday, July 24th. The winner (more specifically, the readers pick) will (eventually) get a review from yours truly.

    1. If Southpaw wasn’t coming out then I would agree with the rough term lo but it looks awesome. Hopefully Pixels is good too cuz it looks like it could be. Paper Towns is still up in the air for me

      1. I was excited about Southpaw but the trailer looked really bad to me but I like Jake G. Actually all 3 of these had terrible trailers so maybe one of them will be good.

      2. lol oh man well hopefully you find the movie much better than the trailer. I do think they should of somehow hid Rachel McAdams’ death while also hinting the story.
