Update: Voting is Closed!
Last week’s ‘I See Movie’ of the Week match-up saw the second three-way movie battle go in favor of ‘Minions’. The rest of the world clearly agreed with the voters and I because ‘Minions’ ended up grossing around $115 million, which is the second highest opening for an animated movie. Maybe all that love will carry over to ‘Despicable Me 3’ in 2017.
Now on to the week 10 match-up. This week, we get two movies that I am personally anticipating…a lot. Those two movies are ‘Ant-Man’, Marvel’s second movie of the year and Phase 2 closer,and ‘Trainwreck’, LeBron James’ debut movie performance. Will those Marvel fans (like me) vote for ‘Ant-Man’ or will those James fans (like me), who want to see how he does in (what I’m sort of sure is) his first big screen role, vote for ‘Trainwreck’. Will those ‘Friends’ fans, who want to see Paul Rudd’s attempt to be an action star, vote for ‘Ant-Man’ or will those Judd Apatow fans, who want to see if he still got it with his latest directorial job, vote for ‘Trainwreck’.
